The common ones first
The Mac still goes to sleep
First check whether the menu bar icon is filled. If it is outlined, no session is running. If one is running and the Mac sleeps anyway, it is almost always the closed lid: that needs lid-closed mode, and lid-closed mode needs the helper.
Lid-closed mode will not switch on
Lid-closed mode flips a system setting and needs its own helper for that. Without it installed, the switch has no effect — Toxin then holds the Mac awake only while the lid is open.
A voucher code is rejected
Enter codes without spaces and without hyphens. If it is still rejected, send it to us together with where you got it.
Pro is gone after reinstalling
Purchases belong to your Apple ID, not to the machine. In the Mac App Store, choose Restore Purchases — Pro comes back.
Toxin no longer starts at login
macOS can disable login items. System Settings → General → Login Items; Toxin has to be listed there and switched on.
